Campagno Engineering are a family owned business with over 40 years’ experience working in a range of sectors including Automotive, Defence and Aerospace, Energy and Mining.
Located in Dandenong South, their facility boasts state-of-the-art, multi-axis CNC machining centres, providing precision engineering with a strong track record of quality and reliability, being innovative and customer-focused.
To complement their highly technical machine shop and engineering team, Campagno have chosen Complete CNC and Automation Solutions to install a robot to tend their existing Mori Seki NLX2500.
With the robot in operation, the machine can be utilised outside of normal staffed hours giving a massive boost to the machines output and giving Campagno some flexibility with scheduling.
The Fanuc R2000 is fitted out with Festo pneumatics, providing long term reliability and peace of mind that the robot is ready to operate whenever required.

Featuring a huge 210 kg payload, this model is ideally suited to any number of heavy handling jobs on almost any application. With numerous mounting options available to make best use of space and create an optimal work envelope, it makes an excellent general purpose robot.
The R-2000iB/210F is a six-axis, electric servo-driven robot designed for a wide variety of manufacturing processes.
Ideal for heavier packing and palletising operations, this 6 axis model provides the directional versatility required to increase throughput on a wide variety of manufacturing and palletising system processes. Capable of handling payloads up to 210kg, it is also fast and delivers excellent cycle times on handling applications.
