All Duct Fabrications on the Mornington Peninsula realised that automating their fabrication process was necessary in order to compete in a global market and keep their business on shore. A Fanuc Arc Mate 120i robot with integrated rail axis was chosen to reach their required production targets through a robotic welding cell.

All Duct performed all mechanical work including fabrication and installation of the 6 metre rail.
Ethernet I/P was utilised for the fieldbus, and a Pro Face HMI provides the operator with an intuitive level of monitoring and control.

Fanuc ARC Mate Robots
